Get COVID-19 care with easable. Easable offers an employer-sponsored digital health program focused on providing a streamlined and convenient end-to-end COVID-19 care experience tailored to the comfort of your own home.

With the easable program, you can:

• Order your employer-provided COVID-19 tests
• Locate a COVID-19 vaccination site near you through a designated website link
• Connect with a licensed telehealth care provider
• If deemed eligible, receive a prescription for COVID-19 treatment, which can be conveniently picked up from a nearby pharmacy or delivered to your door

If you are feeling unwell or have tested positive for COVID-19, utilize easable to report your symptoms and test results. If eligible, you can undergo an assessment by a telehealth provider to access the necessary care. In the event of a prescribed treatment, it is readily available for pick-up at a local pharmacy or can be delivered directly to your location, usually within a short timeframe.
